This video is a tribute to eight classic video games and took 1.500 hours to be made
Â
The technique with which it was made is called Stop Motion and is achieved by many pictures showing the object every time when it moves or changes its position. This way the person who changes the object’s position never appears on the picture and when seeing the pictures very quickly it seems like the object moved by itself. The Video which we will show you is called 8 Bit-Trip and was made by the music band Drymdreglag from Sweden. In this video they used the famous little Lego bricks to construct many figures to make a tribute to classical games such as Super Mario Bros, Tetris or Packman.

Imagine that every time the figures seem to move they actually were added some more bricks by somebody who then every time took pictures of the modified figure. That’s why we shouldn’t be surprised that they dedicated more than 1.500 hours to make this video which is less than 4 minutes long. There are really talented and patient people around!
