On Monday Demi releasaed her first video since being out of rehab.

It's a touching message for her fans in which she thanks them for being there for her what was one of the roughest times in her life.

She tells fans in the video that she would not be here today without all the support they showed her. It looks like all those fan messages added up and really made a big difference.
