Jennifer Lawrence has a very feminine look for the U.K. edition of Marie Claire.

She may be only 20, but Jennifer Lawrence already has an Oscar nomination, a lead role in X-Men: First Class, and now a Marie Claire cover under her belt.

But who is Jen?

Jennifer was nominated for an Oscar for her role in Winter's Bone at the 2010 ceremony. 'It's the biggest thing that can happen to an actress and then it's also... they call your name on the news at 5 o'clock in the morning and it's not your life any more.'

Jen's unafraid of speaking her mind. 'I understand I'm an actress and I have a job and I have to be in a certain shape, and I'm fine with that. But I do want the stick-thin trend to end,' said Jen,Who knows that many women in the entertainment industry end up with eating disorders.

"I like eating so I didn't really diet during the Oscars. In fact I needed to go on a diet afterwards!I've always had the same mentality,' Jen said 'If I have to give a mall part of myself to make a role a little better, then I'll just do comedies. Because it's not  worth it"

Jen is from Kentucky in the USA. She was born on the 15th of August and when she was 14 she traveled to New York where her talent as an actress was discovered.
