This young actress is no longer a little girl and she says as much in the August edition of Marie Claire.

Dakota started out in the world of cinema as a young child and is now just 16. Nowadays, he roles are more adult. She says that she doesn't feel like a child anymore but she also doesn't feel like an adult. 

She knows that she is growing as an actress but nevertheless is trying to keep her feet on the ground. She doesn't want to come off as something that she is not. 

Dakota also talks a bit about the style she had as Jane in her last role in the movie Eclipse. If you have seen the movie, you know that her red eyes really stand out in the costume she wears. She said that as soon as she put in the red contact lenses, she felt like she had been transformed into another person. It's true! She did look pretty scary. 

Her photo shoot for the magazine shows Dakota both sweet and sophisticated. We love all of the photos, but especially the first where she is wearing shorts, that cute top and a jacket on top. Very fashionable and sexy!
