Ashley Tisdale is a fashion victim, and always wears the latest.

A few days ago  Ashley showed off this very 80's rock n roll look while shopping in California! Some of us might be in cold places where such an outfit would not be possible. She makes the whole look work (flowers, rock tee, and high-heels....). Not easy!

Her bag and heels are Channel, which is anything but rock!
