Victorious is coming to an end.
Dan Schneider, the creator of the show, made the annoucement on his blog. He was careful to say that it wasn't canceled, but rather it just wasn't renewed.
Dan wrote “By now, a lot of you have heard that Victorious will not be returning for a 4th season. That is true. This was the network's decision – not mine."
It's sad to see a good show go, but the cast tried to keep things positive.
Victoria Justice tweeted “3 Emmy nominatinos is not a bad send off..#GoingOutOnTop.”
Avan Jorgia wrote “Thank you guys for all your support over the years, it's been a great run. 3 Emmy noms and a Kids' Choice Awards..modestly #GoingOutOnTop.”
Ariana Grande posted “Devastated and heartbroken at the news that Victorious won't be renewed, but so thankful for this experience and the friendships I've made.”
There will be 15 more episodes of the show this fall, but after that, it's over.
What do you think – is Victorious ending at just the right moment, or is it way too soon?
Thanks to Wambie girls Alexandra, Julie, Lauren, Paula, Monika, Raina, Mikayla, Fay, Myaan, Panayiota, Eyni, and MonkiaSerr for sending this in, and to Molly for posting it on our Facebook.
