The actor visited a hospital to publicly help children with cancer.

On the 12th of June, Zac Efron went to the Children's Hospital in Los Angeles, California wearing an orange t-shirt with a message against cancer. The High School Musical actor spent a few hours in the hospital where many children suffer from this illness. 

We think it's important that stars like Zac who have so many followers do charitable work like this. It's good that he uses his fame to support organizations and associations which fight against the huge problems that we have in the world today rather than just living the 'good life' and going to Hollywood parties.
