It's Bella Thorne and her boyfriend Tristan Klier! They decided to go as vampire bride and groom to go to Just Jared's Halloween party.

The idea is a great one for a costume! You'd just have to find a white dress, something to use a veil, and some eyeliner and blood red lipstick. The vampire touch is easy to add - add some pointy fangs, a little bit of fake blood, and draw on some bite marks on your neck.
