It's Zac Efron! His new hand tattoo reads "YOLO."

YOLO is short for "You Only Live Once." Zac also has a tattoo on his inner arm that you can sometimes see.

It's kind of hard to see in the picture because it's so tiny! It's on the hand he's got on his mouth.
