Justin Bieber was supposed to have a clip air on America's Got Talent to give fans a preview of his new music video, but it didn't happen.

Justin vented on Twitter, saying “Very frustrated. Where was it? No joking here.”

It turns out the show had some 'technical problems', and they tweeted Justin and his fans an apology.

And Justin's also trying to smooth things over. He promised fans “I'm gonna post the clip of the #AsLongAsYouLoveMe video tomorrow and then the entire video Wednesday. Cool?? :)”

He told fans “When you see this video it won't let you down.”
