Sarah Hyland, for her work with The Lopez Foundation.

The Jonas Brothers, for the Change for the Children Foundation.

Jordin Sparks, for the “I'm M.A.D., Are You?” campaign for ChildHelp

Diego Boneta, for working with the Vannie E. Cook Jr. Children's Cancer & Hematology Clinic.

Kat Graham, for The Water Project.

The event will be held on September 13^th and feature lots of fun events and live performances. Congrats to the stars chosen for the awards!
