Many sites that we use ask us to give a password to create an account. If you think about it for a minute, you have probably signed up with a password for at least 5 Internet sites. 

In a survey done recently, they found that in 3,500 people, 59% of them always use the same password. In addition, they found that most people rarely change their password.

Most of us just don't know how important it is to use safe passwords especially for email. Experts say that you should always choose passwords with more than 6 characters and use both letters and numbers. 

The survey also showed that we are not creative when it comes to passwords and that most of us use passwords names taken from our pets, boyfriends, hobbies, birthdays and even our own names...when you use passwords like these, it would be easy for any person who knows you even a little to break into your account.
