Dark circles under your eyes, zits, split ends....they happen to everyone, but it can knock your confidence down a notch when they happen to you.
But don't stress! Here are some quick fixes for the most common problems.
Dark circles under your eyes. Try to get a solid 8 hours of sleep every night. You can hide them with concealer pretty easily.
Skin redness. Sensitive skin goes red really easily, especially around the nose. Be vigilant about your skincare regimen, and make sure to use moisturizer. Use some green-tinted concealear to cover red patches up.
Zits. Hormones, stress, and dirt can all make you break out. So how do you avoid getting zts? Wash your face twice a day religiously. If you do get zits, dab on a bit of concealar and top with powder. But be careful - piling on makeup can actually make pimples worse over time.
Oily skin. Avoid this by being super strict with your skincare regimen, and look for products for oily skin. For quick fixes, use blotting paper to soak up excess oil.
Dry skin. Make sure you use lots of lotion and moisturizer.
Combination skin. This can be so frustrating, so find a skincare routine that works for you using products for combination skin.
Hair frizziness. Humidity can really make your hair go crazy, so make sure you're conditioning your hair regularly. Use a smoothing serum to tame flyaways.
Split ends. Straighteners and curlers can cause breakage and split ends, so make sure that you always use a thermal protectant when styling your hair. Once a hair is split, that's it - so try trimming split ends off with a small pair of scissors at home, or go in for a haircut.
