This time, it's no different. Their 15-year-old fan Shayla is very sadly suffering from inoperable brain cancer, and her big dream was to get noticed by Selena and Justin.

So the celeb couple sent her this lovely pic of the two of them holding a card that says “We <3 Shayla.”

Shayla got Justin and Selena's attention by using the hashtag #Justin4Shayla to mobilize his fans on Twitter.
