Selena's favorite thing about being a celebrity is helping her fans feel happy!

Sel admitted this after she made Frehley Gilmore's dream come true. Who's Frehley? A 10-year-old girl who managed to beat brain cancer. Her dream was to meet Selena, and it came true last week !

The star said this about it:

“[Making fans' dreams come true] is probably one of my favorite things that I get to do for my job. It just makes me happy to come out, and by just doing this I feel like I'm not doing enough.”

It's for stuff like this that Sel got chosen as the Woman of the Year – she always gives back!
