Justin Bieber might be a mega-famous pop star, but that doesn't mean he can do whatever he wants – his manager Scooter Braun has put him on probation!

Scooter explained that Justin was a guest on The Tonight Show in June, and showed up an entire hour late for rehearsal. His manager phoned him and yelled at him for being late.

Even though Justin had Scooter to trust him, the manager says he “blew it”, which landed him on probation.

So what does probation mean? Scooter said “He has to have somebody come to his house every work day.”

Ouch! Wambie girls, do you think Justin deserved to be punished?
