The movie comes out on DVD and Blue Ray on August 18th in the U.S., so here's quick preview of the extra material that comes with it.

It's going to come with 3 hours of extra material!! The extras are stuff like how hard Jennifer Lawrence had to train to be Katniss, and interviews with the cast.

Jen talks about how hard it was to get her movements in the tree just right so the scene would look perfect.

And there's also a look at the scene where she's running away from the fires in the arena. Jennifer got a little nervous when the filming crew yelled "Get back! Everyone stay away!" and she was left there like "What about me??"
