Here's Selena Gomez visiting one of her fans, Hana. Poor Hana has a terminal illness.

We told you about it earlier, but to give you the rundown, Sel literally ran out of the recording studio to go visit her sick fan. Hana has something really serious called progeria, which means she ages way faster than normal. You'd never know it from the pics, but she's only 13 years old.

Sel's visit to Hana was "Hana's dream come true" and "the best Christmas ever."

What a nice thing for Selena to do! We're happy she could help Hana out a little bit.
