When it comes to Miley's fans, there are no limits. Last weekend in Los Angeles the actress was surprised when signing the arm of a fan.

The guy whose arm Miley signed didn't have any intention of washing off the signature, but instead went straight to the tattoo parlor to have the autograph turned into a permanent part of his body!
