We're getting super excited for Catching Fire!

Maria has appeared in The Vampire Diaries as well as Drop Dead Diva. She also had a small role in the oscar-nominated movie, The Blind Side.

Maria will play 'Seeder', a former Hunger Games winner from District 11.

Seeder takes a liking to Katniss immediately and the two become fast friends. She gives important information to Katniss about the families of Rue and Thresh (who are also from District 11)

Still no official word on who will play Finnick, but it should probably be announced sooner rather than later.
