Justin Bieber is famous for becoming a superstar in his teens, but he doesn't want to be that guy forever.
In an interview with Ryan Seacrest, he said “I just don't want to be another teen heartthrob. I just think that just annoys me. To think that's what people will think of me...I just want to prove people wrong.”
And Justin thinks he's already started proving people wrong:
“My new album has really showcased becoming an 18-year-old and becoming an adult. And hearing older people say 'Wow, this new album's great. I didn't know that was Justin Bieber.'"
"I like those reactions because I feel like they're judging me based on my music, and not based on, you know, a flick of my hair.”
Justin has his eyes on winning a Grammy someday, but he doesn't have one yet. Maybe he'll have one someday!
