Justin made a special stop in Edmonton, Canada to visit Crystal, a girl who's fighting cancer.

Cyrstal has been a huge fan of Justin right from the beginning. She was going to see him in concert, but she was too sick to go.

So Crystal's best friend Joana put up a message on Justin's Facebook wall to get his attention:

“I know that this is almost impossible, but you’re the one who says to believe. So here I am believing,”

Within a few hours, #bieberforcrystal was trending on Twitter. Justin saw it, and he went to the hospital to visit Crystal and make her dream come true.
