One Direction have to change their name...the U.S. One Direction, that is!

A while ago, a U.S. band with the same name as the X Factor boy band sued for rights to the name in April of this year.

The U.S. group started using the name in 2009, and wanted the famous group to stop using the name “One Direction”....as well as some of their profits.

The case just wrapped up, and they managed to find a happy agreement. In the end, the U.S. band is going to change their name to Uncharted Shores.

So all's well that ends well in this case. Phew!
