Katy Perry turns 28 today! Happy birthday! 

Katy celebrated her birthday last weekend with an early party. Her boyfriend John Mayer was there (yep, Taylor Swift-s ex!), along with tons of her friends like Kristen Stewart.

Even though she already had a party, we're sure she's got something special planned to celebrate her 28th birthday.
