Katy Perry and John Mayer reportedly broke up a little while ago, but they were spotted out on a date this week.

Either the reports were false, or the couple broke up and got back together.

Katy and John went out for a casual date in downtown L.A. on Saturday, and spent the night on a dinner date and then went dancing afterward.

The couple were first rumored to be together in June. It seems like a pretty casual relationship, so we'll see where Katy and John decide to take things.
