Harry Potter was born in Portsmouth, a village in the UK, 20 years ago. 

You may be thinking that we are crazy to change the birth place of Harry Potter, but no. Harry's life was totally normal until 1997 when the first of the Harry Potter books came out featuring a magic kid with the exact same name as him!

At first this is was all really funny for Harry (The real one), but as the books became an international success, his life became more complex.

Harry was made fun of at school and was always the target for jokes from schoolmates, family and even strangers. Imagine this situation- Harry meets a girl and she asks him what his name is...and then finally Harry had to show her his passport just to prove to her that he wasn't joking around on their date and that his name was really Harry Potter.
