Demi Lovato had a great show in Chicago, but just before her performance of "Skyscraper" she broke down in tears.

Demi was talking about just how much her song means to her, as well as what it's about. She wanted to give huge thanks to her fans, and couldn't stop from getting emotional. Check out the video below.

Over the weekend, she also lent her support to girls who are currently at the same rehab center she went to. She said "I was so honored to be able to share my story and let them know it gets easier. Life is beautiful. You are worthy of it."

It's great that Demi's being so open about her recovery. It's a seriously tough thing to go through, and maybe her story can help somebody struggling with similar issues.
