Demi Lovato has officially stated that she's not in rehab, contrary to current rumors.

The star came back from her Twitter break and tweeted "Don't believe the hype...All is well! SO stoked to head to Chile in a few days!!! Love all my Lovatics...MUAH! xo."

But from her tweets, she sounds great! It'll be her third time in Chile, and she gets to perform with Colombian superstar Juanes.
