Jake T. Austin officially confirmed his appearance in the Wizards of Waverly Place reunion, and he also revealed that David Henrie won't be in the movie!

Wow, we'll really miss Justin Russo in the Wizards of Waverly Place special movie. 

Why won't he be doing the movie? Well, David has a lot of work lined up for next year so he won't be able to fit the filming into his schedule.

Jake explained it:

“He’s gotta do what he’s gotta do as a professional and what’s going to benefit his career. For me, I’m going to miss getting to play off him and work with him on camera, but he’s able to work on some projects that bring his talents to life.”

There are still a few months to go until filming starts. Maybe David's schedule will free up a bit, because it would be sad not to see him in the last Russo family reunion.
