


Fondue comes from Switzerland where it is common to eat bits of bread or fruit dipped in cheese or in chocolate.
This is a great recipe to share with your whole family or friends and it is also easy and healthy.
Here's what you will need:
1 cup heavy cream
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
When you have all the ingredients:
Heat the cream in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until hot.
When hot, add the chocolate and mix until it is just melted.
Stir in vanilla. Put chocolate in ceramic fondue pot.
Then gather some cut up strawberries, bananas, cake, lor bread to dip in the fondue. Be careful not to burn yourself and dip away!
