If you have a friend or family member who loves books, this could make a great gift for him or her.

Here's what you'll need?

Materials:

• Strips of lace or velvet

• Ends for the lace, as seen in the photos. You can get these in a craft store

• Charms. They don't have to be new

• Pliers and scissors

How to make them?

Cut a book-long strip (a little more, actually) of lace.

Add the lace ends to both sides.

On either end, add charms and bobbles with wire!

Think of cool color combos that you could come up with!
