BILLBOARD LISTS THE HOTTEST STARS UNDER 21

Billboard's latest list of top stars focuses on the hottest stars who are under 21 years old. Who landed in first, second, and third place?

Justin Bieber, One Direction, and Demi Lovato!

Justin Bieber got famous when he was really young, and at 18 he's one of the biggest stars in the world right now.

One Direction's career has been much shorter, but they've shot to superstardom in just under 2 years. The members range in age from 18-20 years old. Where will these guys go next?

Demi Lovato (20 years old) landed in third place thanks to the major success of her last album, as well as for being a role model for fans.

Disney stars dominate the rest of the list, from former Disney stars Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez to current stars with tons of potential like Ross Lynch and Bridgit Mendler. YouTube twins Megan and Liz are also on the list.

Megan & Liz (19) became famous because of their YouTube channel, where they still post their new songs and music videos. They're one of the hottest musical acts on YouTube.

Bridgit Mendler (19) is about to release her first album (it comes out in October!). Even though she's only released a single, it's clear this girl is really talented.

Miley Cyrus (19) definitely deserves a spot on this list - she's talented and has millions of fans. She's working on her new album, which should come out next year.

Ross Lynch from Austin & Ally (16) has shown that he knows how to sing and perform. He's got so much promise, so we can't wait to see what comes next from Ross.

Victoria Justice (19) finishes out the list. She's famous for her T.V. show, music, and concerts, and it's going to be great to see what she chooses as her next big project.
