Beyonce has decided to quit dieting and become a more laidback person now that she's a mom!
Even though she is known for her curvy figure, and has seemed to have lost the baby weight very fast- she wants to be healthy and doesn't want to obsess about food or exercise.
A source close to the singer said:
“She is all about being a good example to Blue, so has quit the fad diets and is just busy being a mom."
Healthy eating and exercise is important for everyone, but it is good that Beyonce knows where to draw the line.
“She’s purposely eating three square meals a day of what she fancies,”
“Whether that’s chicken or chips, she’s focusing on enjoying life rather than being skinny.”
B is also making a scrapbook for baby Blue Ivy to have when she gets older
“She thinks her daughter (now 15-week old) will really appreciate the present as she gets older and also learn from what has been collected on the pages,”
“The collection already includes quotes and lyrics from her dad Jay-Z. And Beyonce plans to put old recipes in the book that have been passed down to her from her mum, Tina,”
It sounds like Beyonce is really loving motherhood!
