Beyonce will be directing and starring in a documentary about her life!

The 30 year old diva has an amazing life story. She got her start when she was only 15 years old, and became super successful with the girl group Destiny's Child. After the group separated she went solo and became a mega star.

She has become a fashion icon and business mogul by creating her own clothing line and signature perfume! And on a personal level she married the ultra famous rapper, Jay-Z, then of course came her bundle of joy, daughter Blue Ivy.

The documentary will be “a mix of music and personal study, blending concert footage with confessional interviews.”

Music documentaries have been gaining popularity, with Katy Perry and Justin Bieber both releasing their own biographical films in the last few years.
