Miley Cyrus had a big scare this weekend.

A 40-year-old man broke into her house by jumping over the gated fence. He started banging on the door., then ran away and hid.

Luckily, Miley wasn't home at the time and the police came. But they got there just in time. The gyu was carrying a pair of scissors. He was also wearing a tie and had pink heart on his chest

He told the police “I am friends with Miley Cyrus. I am. She's my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years.”

According to the police, this isn't the first time this man has done something like this. His bail is set at $1,000 and he's charged with trespassing and burglary.

Wow, what an unpleasant surprise. We hope Miley's okay after her scare!
