A lot of people are talking about climate change, but how does it really affect us?
Right now, global warming is most affecting animals that live on the poles. Polar bears (north pole)are having a harder and harder time finding food because the ice sheets are melting. The same issue exists for the penguins of the south pole, which are also watching their home melt.
Climate change is also changing rain patterns so that in places where there used to be heavy rainfall there is drought. If something is not done, zones like the Mediterranean could turn into desserts.
Another big issue is deforestation. Big forests like the Amazon and the forests of Hawaii are losing many trees and this loss affects air quality (trees generate the oxygen that we need to live).
Another issue is the ocean, which has also been affected by mankind. Coal reefs are very fragile and they are dying off in places like Brazil because of pollution and the rising temperature of the sea.
Lastly, if the globe's temperature keeps rising, small islands in the south Pacific could disappear completely.
Joe Jonas would love to play the ad guy in a James Bond movie.
The musician said this in the Daily Record and also expressed his admiration for Daniel Craig, who currently plays 007. "I would love to participate in a James Bond movie. It has always been a dream of mine.We are all huge fans of Daniel Craig, he's the best and it would be an honor," said the singer.
For now Joe's words are nothing but a dream as the producers of the James Bond movies are not offering him anything. We bet they heard him though and are considering him for a future part in the series.

Taylor Swift started 2010 in the same way she ended 2009: collecting awards.
The country singer won Best Female Artist at the People´s Choice Awards 2010. Taylor looked gorgeous and was dressed in white, her hair pulled back.
Her ex, Taylor Lautner was at the awards ceremony and got the award for Favorite Breakout Movie Actor. Miley Cyrus got the same award in the female catagory. She was not at the ceremony however, because she is in Australia with Liam.
The Twilight series won three awards: Favorite Movie, Favorite Saga, and Favorite Cast on the Big Screen. Kellan Lutz picked up the awards for the film.
We all know that not everything we see in the movies is real. This is especially true when the movie is science fiction.
Many of the images we see on the big screen seem normal but in truth are nothing more than computer animated images. For example, many of the scenes you see of the outdoors or of famous places in the movies are not really shot on site.
Here is a video from Stargate that shows just how powerful special affects can be and how they are used in the movies and on the TV shows we watch everyday.
It is amazing to see how they create a city that looks so real on a blank green backdrop. After the scenes are shot the IT department adds in the needed background and do such a good job with it that no one ever suspects anything.
Robert is a fan of Kristen Stewart, but he was also a fan of hers before meeting her on the set of Twilight.
According to what Robert said in an interview with the Daily Record, he first noticed Kristen in the movie Into the Wild. The photo above is taken from Into The Wild.
When Robert found out that Kristen was also going to be Bella Swan in Twilight, he signed up to try his luck at the casting too.
As we all know, Robert of course got the part of the male lead and at the same time ended up meeting one of his favorite actresses. Now they are friends and maybe more (though nothing was ever confirmed) - what a wonderful story!

Just like a couple that has been together forever, Liam Hermsworth and Miley Cyrus are spending a few days together in Australia.
But they are not alone. They are spending the Australian summer with Liam's family. Looks like this was the perfect time for Miley to get to know the parents of her boyfriend.
After what we saw from Paris, Miley still said that she and Liam are just friends. However, with these new photos where they are holding hands and walking with Liam's family...there is no doubt about it - they are a couple.
