We have talked before about how great tea is for you, but many people just don't like hot tea. Today we explain an easy way to make cold tea, which is sweet and refreshing. 

Put five bags of red tea in a large jar or bowl. Then, boil about 6 cups of water and when it's just about to boil turn off the heat and pour the water over the tea bags. Add four spoonfuls of sugar to the mix, or more depending on how sweet you like it. 

Stir the mixture well so that the mixture desolves and add another 6 cups of cold water. Put it in the fridge for a few hours and when it is really cold, add a glass of lemon juice to the mixture (two lemons squeezed into a glass). Stir the tea and taste it. If you need to, add more sugar if it has too much lemon flavour. 

Avril Lavigne is sick of her husband Deryck Whibley. They have been married three years and have had their share of problems and fights. 

According to rumours, a few months ago Avril and Deryck were about to separate. The couple argues all the time but they've always worked things out until now......

What we do know about Avril is that she is sick of all the arguing and fighting with Deryck and that's why a few days ago she said she'd leave him. Then she threw him out of the beautiful house where they both lived. Friends of the couple say that Deryk is a mess, but Avril has her mind made up. 

Avril and Deryck met when they were 17 and got together when they were 19. When the singer was 21 they married and now at 25 she is sick of him and has decided to end the relationship once and for all.

Nick, Joe and Kevin have admitted that after a long tour their hands are in bad shape, and that's when they go to get manicures. 

But don't worry; they don't paint their fingernails pink or red. Joe said in an interview, 'We don't paint our nails, but it could make a statement.' They also said that maybe painting their nails gold could be 'cool'. 

We don't know what you think about all this, but personally we like the idea of the Jonas Brothers with painted nails and think it would be pretty funny.

Even though Miley Cyrus has been busy with her tour, she still had time to prepare for the VH1 Divas 2009 awards show.

This event brings together each year the divas of the day, and of course, Miley had to be there. 

Miley sang her hit, Party in the USA, and shared the microphone with Grammy winner Sheryl Crow. Together, she and Sheryl sang If it Makes You Happy. Miley looked amazing in a sexy black dress and make-up which accentuated her long eye lashes. She looked gorgeous - like a real diva. 

According to Miley, not just anyone can be a diva; you have to work for it. She also seems to think that you shouldn't be old if you're a diva, but that could be debated. 

Colin Beavan, a writer from New York, has learned to live without polluting. 

He and his family live in New York, one of the largest cities on earth. A year ago Colin decided he wanted to d something for the planet and reduce the negative impact he personally had on the earth. 

That's when Colin, his wife and their child started to ride a tricycle through New York and only eat products that come from 100 miles away (eating local foods) or that his wife grew in their garden. He also went 6 months without electricity. 

Doing this, Colin and his family avoided producing hundreds of pounds of garbage and saved 500 plastic bags. 

Now Colin, known as the 'No Impact Man' has published a book about his experience and tries to encourage and inspire others to lessen their impact on the earth and the pollution they create individually, because after all, we are all responsible for the health of the planet.

In an interview with MTV, Ashley Greene explained some inside facts about filming Eclipse. 

The actress talked about how hard the battle scenes between the werewolves and the Cullen’s against the neophytes. All the actors who will play roles in the battle scenes have been working out a lot because they need to have a finely toned body as the battle scenes call for lots of gymnast-like movements which are complex. Ashley said that she has never had to work so hard in her life, and many times she leaves the set with bruises!

Ashley also spoke about Eclipse's director, David Slade and his own vision of the project. Eclipse has more action, is darker, and is bloodier than the first movies, which were all about the love between Edward and Bella.
