It is a very important moment in an actresses or actors' life when they win an Oscar. It means they have accomplished something in the world of film.
So, it is not surprising that many actors and actresses cry when they are nominated. It makes sense considering how nervous and stunned they are to be winning the golden statue.
However, the Oscar Academy doesn't like all the tears. This year it has asked all the actors and actresses, but especially the actresses, to try to keep it together when they win, and hold back the tears.
The Academy is also sick of all the 'Thank yous' that stars get up and say. It has recommended that actors prepare two speeches, one for the awards ceremony, and one to put up on the INternet where they can thank their families and friends.

Miley Cyrus has her own unique way of dressing. She likes boots with shorts and long shirts with black jackets.
This informal style looks really great on her. It is the style that we have for you today in the photos below, where Miley is sporting a look that is very laid-back. Miley was wearing this last week on her way to the studio to record.
Check out the leggings she is wearing! They are cut all the way up the leg. The shirt is just long enough, but barely.
The boots are cool and are very much Miley's style, but they really don't go too well with the rest of the outfit. they especially don't work with the bag.

After their first hit season, the Jonas Brothers are back to work filming the second season of Jonas.

In this new season the brothers head to Los Angeles where some professional opportunities arise for them in the world of cinema. Mostly the opportunity is for Joe, who lands a part in a movie....just like in real life! Remember that one of Joe's dreams is to get into acting.
For now, you will have to wait until the summer to see the new season of Jonas. Hard to stand the wait, right?

Today we will show you all the tricks to get fabulous and clean looking nails.
Nail polish remover. The first thing you need to do is get rid of any old nail polish. Make sure your nails are very clean.
File. Make sure that your nails are all the same length and shape using a file.
Stickers. Many people use stickers when doing the French manicure. They are not expensive and they will help you to get the correct half moon shape you are looking for. You will place them almost at the end of the nail and eventually pain this part of the nail white.
White polish. Staying within the boundaries of the sticker, paint the tips of your fingernails white.
Once the while polish is dry , take off the stickers.
Then, paint over the entire nail with pink nail polish, or even clear. Let it dry and then give it another coat.
This manicure takes time so be prepared to spend at least 45 minutes with it. It is important that you have enough time to let your nails dry completely, or else all your hard work could be destroyed with one wrong move.
