Sometimes we have an obsession with something which occupies our entire mind. Maybe you have even noticed that out of the sudden all your friends are telling you that you constantly focus on the same thing.
Maybe this is happening to you and you are not aware of it. Here we´ve got some suggestions for you how to get rid of your obsessions:
1. Take your time to get rid of them. Obsessions are addictive and need time to disappear. Try to gradually think less of them, since when you decide to stop thinking of them right away, it might not work.
2. Get rid of stuff which reminds you of your obsession. If you have photos or posters on the wall showing what you are obsessed about, it´s better you take it off. Do it gradually.
3. Make sure you really want to get rid of your obsession. Obsessions are normal. Keep in mind that almost everybody is obsessed with something, like dresses, celebrities or video games. Do not be embarrassed for having an obsession, but keep in mind that one obsession can cause more.
4. Ask your friends for help. Friends can distract you and help you not to think of your obession.

We wambie girls know very well how important it is nowadays to respect the environment. It is very important that we all make our contributions, that’s why we have the following tips for you:
- Avoid using plastic bags when you go shopping. It’s better to take your own bag to the supermarket.
- Don’t print stuff you will not use afterwards.
- Try to buy products with recyclable packaging.
- Maybe it’s not necessary to get a new mobile so frequently.
- Avoid turning on the lights during daytime.
- Do not fall asleep in front of the TV.
- Turn off the water while you soap yourself
These are only some things which we can do to make a positive contribution to the environment. We are sure you can think of many other contributions which can be helpful, too.
Remember that small gestures can have big impacts.

Awards honor positive contributions by and about Latinos in television and
cinema. And although Selena is very good at it, she hasn´t been awarded.
Always with a smile on her face and very sweet looking, Selena, who arrived at the Awards in an emerald green dress featuring a flower ruffled shoulder strap and white shoes, demonstrated her good taste and how positive her image is for the Latin community.
Between Paris and Benji everything is going well. The rich heiress is happy whenever her boyfriend comes back from his tours because she can cook something nice for him.
It was a pity that they were not together on the day of their half year anniversary. Apart from this, however, they are more connected than ever.
“People always make up things”, explained Paris to the magazine “People”. “We have never got into a fight and we get along better than many couples that I know”.
Paris is especially happy when Benji returns from his tours with his band “Good Charlotte”. “I prepare a nice and delicious dinner for him and afterwards we stay at home and watch TV. I make the best lasagne of the world”, she adds.
