Sometimes it seems like the best remedy would be if the earth would just swallow us up and get rid or our bad headache. Since there's not an aspirin that solves all our problems, we have to turn the page and look for alternative ways to get over feeling angry, frustrated or sad when everything goes all wrong.
When you are in a bad mood these 'bad mood vibes' extend to everything you touch. This can make things worse than they were in the beginning.
There are no set solutions to controlling mood swings. However, it is important to learn what makes us feel sad and bothered and then try to approach these situations in a way that they don't cause us too much trouble.
For example, if you argue with your parents you don't gain anything by yelling. Instead of dwelling on the argument, think of a nice memory or something fun and that way their reprimanding you won't seem quite as bad.
If you are about to hot someone or say something that you will regret, it's best to close your eyes and count to 50.
If you feel full of emotion, then you have to get it out! Take a bike ride or jog or do something manual like cook or draw until you feel better.

Hahaha! They don't go out with that many girls. A girl who goes out with lots of guys has a bad reputation but if a guy does it he's respected by his friends. So, they lie about how many girls they kiss to be more popular. Really, there hasn’t probably been that many.
4th lie: They never admit that they look at other girls....
When they look it's obvious. Guys are very visual. Girls like to hear something sweet while men prefer to see a pretty girl. Of course, they lie when we catch them looking at other women because they don't want us to get mad.
There's only one month left before HSM3 comes out. We all want to see the movie but Corbin doesn't have much to say. He prefers to save his energy to talk to a girl.

In Camp Rock, the Jonas Brothers showed off just how good they are as musicians and actors. It seems like the famous band The Beatles may have been the brothers' inspiration.
The Jonas Brothers confess in their Blog that The Beatles were their sources of inspiration. "We love that we are compared to them, but it's an impossible comparision because they are role models for us."

A couple in the USA found a very special cat. Yoda is its name and it was born with 4 ears.
Valerie and Ted Rock were in Chicago when the found this cat. "We were in a pub with some friends when we noticed an abandoned cage with a cat inside." Valerie asked the people around about the cat and then decided to take it home. They named the cat Yoda after the movie Star Wars.
Even though Yoda has 4 ears, it still hears normally. The veterinarians say that they have never seen anything like Yoda.
