According to Star Magazine, Miley wants to become a legal adult and move from her family home at 16.

Miley isn't happy with just the car, like most US girls her age, Miley wants a place to call her own, where she can watch movies with her friends, eat popcorn and invite her boyfriend Justin Gaston over.

According to the magazine, she is about to buy a house and, more importantly, convince her parents that she is old enough to live in an exclusive apartment in Los Angeles.

Sadly, no one knows how long it will take to get over a break up and forget those painful memories.

Some girls need weeks, others months, and in extreme cases, some need years. According to experts, the time it takes to get over a relationship is the same amount of time that it lasted, (one year going out equals one year getting over it).

Usually, the pain lasts a couple weeks and the whole separation takes a couple months, depending on the involvement level, and depending if you go to school together or were friends.

Remember that it's all a process. Don’t pretend that you can begin again in a week, like normal. It's fine to feel sad and not want to leave your room for a bit.

Your family, friends and routine will help you during the break up. It's also important to remember that time heals all, and that what seems like a tragedy now will mean little in the future.

A bit after filming a new video with his band, Metro Station, Miley's brother said that he wants her to help in his next song.

"We are working on a song called Hovering," said Trace on Popeater.com.
