Selena Gomez made some surprising confessions in the magazine Twist: she has never been in love!
Selena said that she feels love for people and worries about people, but doesn't think that she's ever really been in love in the romantic way.Â
However, according to Selena, she does love to talk about boys, something that is pretty normal for a girl her age.She also remembered Taylor Lautner and said that he is a good friend who made her really happy.
And her ideal date? She would want to spend it in a park outside surrounded by candels.Â

Selena went to a theme part along with her brother on The Wizards of Waverly Place, David Hernier. Both actors had fun amidst zombies, werewolves, demons, and many other horrible creatures.

This is one of th poorest countries in the world, and the children of Ghana have very few resources. To help kids in Ghana, Selena contributes by using her fame to collect money from fans for charity. In her last campaign she managed to make $70,000 for this project!
The campaign is called Trick or Treat, which uses a Holloween theme. Selena is using Halloween as a way to motivate fans to help kids in Ghana. Check out the details in the video below.
Selena Gomez has had a busy week with the launch of her album Kiss and Tell and all the parties and events she has had to go to because of it.
On Tuesday Selena put on a great show at Dancing With the Stars. Her single, Falling Down, sounds great and she showed that she is really fabulous on stage.Â
The next day Selena Gomez and The Scene had a launch party for Kiss and Tell and lots of stars came to the event such as Jennifer Stone and Samantha Droke.
Selena was very happy with the party and said on Twitter that it was fun and she has a lot of up-coming concerts to look forward to. We hope her album is a hit.Â
The series The Wizards of Waverly Place won an Emmy for being the best kid's program on primetime TV at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards 2009.
A few days ago Selena had a great professional moment in her career when she and her co-stars won Emmys for The Wizards of Waverly Place for being the best and most watched kid's show on TV. The Creative Arts Emmy Awards was held in Los Angeles on the 12th of September at the Nokia Theatre, and many celebrities came to the event. Some of the stars present were Ashley Tisdale who was in charge of presenting some of the winners and congratulated her friend Selena.Â

A couple days ago we told you that Selena was going to Africa along with her dad to collaborate on a UNICEF project. It looks like the actress loves the experience and has just put up her first photos on Twitter. On her Twitter post Selena said that she has had a lot of interaction with the people of Ghana, especially with women and children. Once there, they explained to her what UNICEF's role is in Africa, and Selena's has had a firsthand look at what a country with real problems looks like.Â
Selena is the youngest UNICEF ambassador in history, at just 17. We love it that she is so young and famous yet still interested in social issues.
