Girls have a complicated relationship with their weight at times. It seems some are never satisfied. If it's not the butt it's the hair, and if it's not the hair it's the legs and if it's not the legs it's the weight, and on it goes.............
Really, being so unsatisfied has to do with self-esteem. Have you noticed that even some gorgeous girls complain about their weight and hair? You know what? Even if you lose 5 lbs and color your hair you'll still have the same self-esteem problems.
If your not happy with you're weight it's best to not criticize and torture yourself. You don't need to look like all the other girls, and anyway, it's impossible to do so. Everyone has something about their physic that they don't like. Some feel too short, others want to be blonde and still others want to be brunettes.
If you want to loose weight, make sure it's for you and not for others, and make sure you do it in a healthy way. The first thing to do is ask your doctor about a healthy diet.
It helps to do exercise and to keep in mind that it's a slow process. Take time and be patient. Remember that you are young and happy and you can't let all of this affect you too much. All this has a solution and you are on the right track.
