To have a defect sounds like something happened to us as we were made. It's clear that the perfection that we are sold on TV is a myth. Anyway, everyone has 'defects' whether visible or not.Â
For some this defect comes in a physical form. For example, a girl who has a bit of cellulite on her thighs may see it as a defect, but a girl who is missing a leg would laugh at a bit of cellulite as no big deal. And there are many other examples, like: selfish, shy, critical of others, self-centered, overly-sensitive and more.
What is clear is that you defect is something that you'd like to change. Great, if it's possible why not give it a try? And if not, then why not accept it once and for all?
If you are depressed becuase of you 'defect' then you have a complex that you need to eventually address.
