A couple days ago it was confirmed that Britney Spears would participate in Madonna's next via video, (and perhaps some live shows, too).

Britney seems better now, although she still has a weird smile during interviews . From a positive point of view, it's nice to see her working on new projects and not getting into trouble. Right? 

Madonna was the one who asked Britney to tour with her on the Sticky &Sweet tour  and that in the video there's an elevator where sparks will fly creating a magical affect. We're happy for Britney!
